just like other am interested also to rent a place for business in the newly develop terminal…am happy for the dev`t of legaspi.though am from neighboring place of legaspi but i like legaspi.keep up the good work.

I’m happy with the progressive developments happening in my mother’s birthplace in Albay. Though I haven’t been to anywhere in Bicol (I will be visiting soon in Jan2010), I feel proud of the private entrepreneurial spirit sprouting there to make it one top tourist destination in the Phils. I’m not sure if there are still isolated communist operations in the remote mountains where they hide, but I just hope that they’ve been transformed by the new generations of youths hungry for change. I just hope they’re gone. Bicol is so rich in natural resources and have so much to offer. The public (local government) and the private sector should partner together to provide more opportunities to the local youths, significantly, in terms of education, science, IT, etc. to make it a modern, vibrant city, with the help of course, of the law enforcement and strict ordinances in keeping the city clean and green, with fresh air to breathe. I appeal to the Bicolanos to do more in education to attract more local talents as the main drivers of growth. Mabuhay.

I’m interested in renting in this future terminal for my future business, gusto ko po malaman kung papano ko ma contact ang kanilang opisina for my inquiry on how much is the rent and how can i avail? please let me know po if you have any idea. I am a real estate investor venturing on forclosed properties while i am an ofw at the same time and im thinking of additional business probably a food business and the said terminal would be a good location while im just a walk away going to my house in Bitano to partly manage my Internet business and Boarding house. Proud to be a Legazpeno!
