Is it practical??? Utang na naman??? Sino magbayad??? If politician wants to develop Bicol start from electricity bill first.

This is good. Dakula talaga an potential kan Albay sa tourism. Kulang sana kita ki infrastructures buda tamang pagpapadalagan. Dakol na trabahong magigibo ini na makakataban satuyang paguswag. Pero dapat dai ta malingawan na bantayan an kalikasan, na dai pwedeng salidahan.
