In December 2001, Landco Pacific Corporation opened Landco Business Park in Legazpi. The masterplanned business park is envisioned to be the city’s premier central business district. Centrally located in the Legazpi Port District, Landco Business Park is easily accessible to all major thoroughfares, as well as the integrated terminal and the Legazpi Public Market.

The 6-hectare Landco Business Park is designed with advanced electrical and water systems, communication facilities, waste disposal system, extensive road network (16-meter wide roads and 12-meter secondary roads), flood-free development and easy access to the existing central business district of Legazpi.

The centerpiece of the business park is the Landco Pacific Mall, the first full-sized mall in the entire Bicol region offering a selection of national local retail shops, restaurants, salons, boutiques as well as a Metro Gaisano Department Store and Supermarket as its anchor store, two state of the art cinemas, food court and amusement center. Today, the Landco Pacific Mall is the premier shopping destination in Legazpi.

The Metro Gaisano Legazpi is the first Gaisano Department store outside Cebu, where the company has its roots. Legazpi City was chosen because of its ideal location south of Luzon and its accessibility to the population of the Bicol region comprising of the five provinces. The Metro Legazpi is now the premier department store and supermarket destination in the city with its large multi-level store, cool shopping atmosphere, colorful visuals, quality goods, reasonable prices and ample parking spaces.

The Landco Pacific Mall is a hub for shopping and entertainment, attracting 35,000 visitors per day from Legazpi City, Sorsogon, Masbate, Catanduanes and the Camarines Provinces. To accomodate more tenants and expand the mall’s entertainment and amusement area, the Landco Pacific Mall underwent a major expansion in 2006. An activity center was also built.

The Landco Business Park is directly accessible from the adjacent LKY Metro Terminal and Lifestye Hub and the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation through an access road with covered walkway. Today, the Landco Busines s Park is almost 80% sold out with prime lots still up for grabs. (See map for details)
