Embarcadero is one of the popular places in Bicol region nowadays. one of our friends here even said that Legazpi City is moving towards an Eco-friendly city.. just one question,,(for fans opinion and for the concerned persons to response) May I know the advantages of embarcadero as far as our environment is concern.,What are those things,specifically..
