Climbing up to the summit of the Philippines’s most active volcano is truly an experience of a lifetime. Climbing up to the level close to the summit or an area commonly referred to as the knife’s edge is for the intermediate-expert climber or for one who is very fit. It normally takes two days and one night to reach the summit and it is essential that one have a competent and knowledgeable local guide.
just sharing, so that you may know how to treat your TOURISTS..
What a very bad experience! the Atv tour guide lost my camera last Aug. 30, 2012 and the worst part the owner of Your Brother Travel & Tours (Councilor Celoy Chan and Cyrel Chan) didn’t even bother to talk to me. They are not replying to my text messages, calls and emails.
Where’s the customer service here? Is this the way u treat ur guest paying Php 1,800 plus losing their things? How iresponsible!
