  5. Sa Bukid is really a nice place… We, the Middle Administrators and the Teachers of St. Agnes’ Academy Grade School had our series of Faculty Development Seminar last school year. It’s a quiet and cozy place fit for seminars or conventions. The food served was delicious and affordable. The people there were warm and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

To the Sa Bukid staff and management, thank you and we look forward to having another activity there with you… keep it up!

  12. Hi,

I just want to inquire about the room rate. It’s stated that your room can accomodate 4-6 persons/room. We’re 12 in a group so if we’re going to avail 2 rooms, would it still be P1050/room? How many beds are there in a room? Thank you.

leanne August 26, 2010 at 12:12 am Reply
    • Hi leanne,
There are all in all 3 beds in the room (regular bed, pull out and a sofa bed) that can accommodate 2 persons in a bed. The 6 persons in a room is ideal for families. The rate is 1,050.00 per 24 hours good for 2. Any additional person will be charged 100.00 each.

  14. My wife and I, along with our teenage daughter, stayed in this hotel for one night. For the benefit of potential guests as well as the owner, I think i need to give this feedback.

UPSIDE: safe & convenient parking, free wi-fi zone, with ref in each room, pantry & sink, hot& cold shower, friendly hotel staff, easy to book (just thru sms), reasonable rates & very nice garden view

DOWNSIDE: the room we stayed was dirty, old & defective plumbing (detached shower hose), old linen, damp towels, room we stayed had pungent smell, leaking roof dripping down the walls thru the floor.

We intended to stay for 3 nights but opted to leave the following day.

I think, this hotel would be a better place to stay if it is kept tidy and with some minor refurbishing done, i.e. plumbing & leaks. They may also want to consider upgrading their linen and towels. Their price may be increased to cover these improvements.

With these improvements in mind, I would definitely come back and even recommend it to friends.

mike pangilinan November 5, 2010 at 7:24 pm Reply
    • Hi Mike,

Thank you for your feedback and Sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you and your family.

We will heed on your recommendations and act on it as soon as possible.

It would have been better if you have called our attention right away so we could have addressed the leaking problem at that instance as not all rooms are the same. Further, when you checked in we had almost a week of heavy rain which perhaps explains the damp towel/linens and the pungent smell.

We hope that we can make it up with you on your next visit to Legazpi City. And we hope that you will again try our place and see the improvements we made per your recommendation.

Thank you in advance for your interest to comeback and recommending our place to your friends.

God Bless you and your family. Good luck & More power!

  18. Sir;

Good day. I want to reserve a room this coming april 18-23, 2011. My family will be visiting Legaspi City.

What will be the conditions? Terms of payment?

By the way I read a comment from one of your visitors and this are his comments:
UPSIDE: safe & convenient parking, free wi-fi zone, with ref in each room, pantry & sink, hot& cold shower, friendly hotel staff, easy to book (just thru sms), reasonable rates & very nice garden view

DOWNSIDE: the room we stayed was dirty, old & defective plumbing (detached shower hose), old linen, damp towels, room we stayed had pungent smell, leaking roof dripping down the walls thru the floor.

Sir are the downside comments are been attended to or I might say have been made actions?

Considering the long days we are to stayed on your place, can you assure me and my family a positive outlook on the place?

    Thanks and God Bless…

ADVENTURE LEGAZPI

Climbing Up to Mayon’s Base Camp

Climbing up to the summit of the Philippines’s most active volcano is truly an experience of a lifetime. Climbing up to the level close to the summit or an area commonly referred to as the knife’s edge is for the intermediate-expert climber or for one who is very fit. It normally takes two days and one night to reach the summit and it is essential that one have a competent and knowledgeable local guide.
