Siram na Sana: Ibalong Food Expo 2011

Bicolano cuisine is more than just Pinangat, Pili and Bicol Express! The Ibalong Festival 2011 presents Siram na Sana: Ibalong Food Expo 2011 on August 14, 2011 at the Venice Ballroom of La Piazza Hotel and Convention Center.

Participating restaurants from around Legazpi, including Grilleria, Small Talk Cafe, Ben’s Bakers, Kanzo, Max’s, Sibid-sibid, South Ocean Villa, Concourse Legaspi, 1st Colonial Grill and more, will converge to present their best dishes.

Tickets (P350 – Assisted Buffet) are available at the Legazpi City Tourism Council and at Greenthumb Wellness Centre, 3rd Floor, Pacific Mall Legaspi, near the cinemas. Bring yourself, your family and friends to a delightful gastronomic experience!

Climbing up to the summit of the Philippines’s most active volcano is truly an experience of a lifetime. Climbing up to the level close to the summit or an area commonly referred to as the knife’s edge is for the intermediate-expert climber or for one who is very fit. It normally takes two days and one night to reach the summit and it is essential that one have a competent and knowledgeable local guide.
